Loss of Health Insurance Coverage

If you have a loss of insurance coverage during the year, please complete the Qualifying Event Form below and submit it to the Student Health Insurance office. You may email the form to sip@wfu.edu.

Students with no insurance or insurance that doesn’t meet the University’s criteria (even after applying for a waiver) will be enrolled in the Student Blue plan through the University.
